How to get a reduction in Bill due to loss of employment
Been with Sky 18 years. Took broadband package last year so in contact till March 2027.
I asked Sky for help reducing my bill but they wouldn't. They did , however , offer that if I took out a new product , on a free trial that they would knock five pound off my normal bill. I would have to remember, to decline the new product after the free period

The short answer is you can't get a reduction if subject to a minimum term. (Unless Sky agree to it but that's unlikely as you've found out)
