Discussion topic: How to delete Sky Movies & Sky Kids from my account? No longer need them

Simply want to reduce my monthly bill by deleting Sky Movies & Sky Kids as they are not required any more. Is there a phone number for such a simple request? Can't see how you do it online...

To remove part of your Sky Q/+ TV package you will need to contact Sky and give 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another discount. You can either call or use the messaging service to cancel this

You may also be able to remove some of the packs from your My Sky account. This will vary based on whether you are in an 18 month contract for those packs, or whether your contract allows you to remove those packs with 31 days notice.
