How to contact Sky when can't make outgoing calls

I am trying to speak to customer services at sky but can't make outgoing calls from my phone or receive incoming calls. The online chat says not currently available. How can I fix the problem if I can't get in contact with anyone?

@Nickic Try using the Facebook function in the forum footer. That will give you access to Messenger.

You can try online chat at another time or call from another phone.
Otherwise I've escalated your query to customer service, look out for the chat bubble/invitation to chat then click on the bubble.
