Hi can anybody help. I made a sky Id account back in 2017 when I was at my previous address. When I moved from that address I canceled my broadband susscription. I moved into my new address and took sky tv out with sky( 4 years ago) now my question is when I've recently logged into my sky id account to use my sky go, the account is still registered to my old address which has no suscription so how do I change my address on my account so I can view bills, upgrade, downgrade and watch sky go for my new address? Hope that makes sense lol thank you

If you want to use the same email address as the old account you need to remove and replace it with a different address on the old account first
You can do this yourself via this link
