So my family recently ran into an issue in the past few weeks where the account used to pay our Sky bill had insufficient funds and Sky sent a letter to highlight the issue. Even though money has since been transferred to the account it seems just today we lost access to all our Sky channels. I made a Sky ID account but obviously that process did not include specifying details about our Sky package, so my question is how am I supposed to access Sky account info online when we didn't previously have a Sky ID? I went to sky.com/billinghelp and going through the links there to try to pay a bill brings me to a page with an "unauthorized" error...

Thanks, that seems to have worked! Sadly now I have a different payment problem...the account is with PTSB and they are making us receive a code via SMS to verify stuff but there's a problem with receiving the code for some reason. Of course I know this is something we have to take up with PTSB so I don't expect to find a solution here.
