How long for a refund

How does it take for a refund to come back I have been waiting for 5 days and still bloody waiting for it to come back to me because my account was double paid.

If you have contacted Sky manual refunds normally take 3-5 working/banking days.

I contacted by phone about 5 days ago and still waiting .

The 3-5 days as quoted by @Daniel0210 doesn't include Saturdays and Sundays so you should still have a few days to go. So if it hasn't been returned to you by Wednesday then you will need to give Sky a call again.

I was charged twice aswell on the 19th of January. They issue a refund and I still haven't received it. Have you received your refund yet.

As stated above, a refund can take 3-5 days and this doesn't include the weekend so today is day 3.

As for the double payment usually this only happens if a manual payment was made when an automatic payment method has already been setup on the account of which Sky will take the bill by each month.

They refunded me on Saturday at 17.30pm so today would be day four. So tomorrow is day five and I should get my refund then
