What issue are you trying to resolve?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I made a complaint in writing and want to resolve the issue.  Had text and email telling me I need to Message via Chat to confirm security before they can action.  But it seems to be unavailable during open hours?   Do I need to stay on the screen and it will suddenly be available or should I just keep trying later?  Its unfuriating trying to speak to someone that can help.

The chat feature should be available so try logging in again.
