How do you claim a refund for delay in replacing box

Hard drive crashed. Lost all our recordings. Box not replaced for 5 days?

There is no obligation for Sky to refund you but once your replacement box has arrived call Sky and ask the question.

At best it will be a credit from when reported to fixed.  (Not a 'refund' as such)
