How do I change. My payment date to when I get paid I've already paid 12.00 and now they trying to take 24.00

You can change your date via the MySky app or online here:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/bill/change-payment-date

If you are new to Sky then you do have to wait nail your first two bills have been paid. And when the new billing date starts you might find that bill is for a different amount as it might cover an extended period.

No it was a direct debit
