I have a old inactive account linked to my sky ID. When I try to unlink it, it just comes up with a error message. I can't get Paramount plus and Discovery Plus because of this.

@Jason47 I have had the same problem for the last 18 months and just get an "Oops there's been an error" message when I try to unlink it. However as it has not caused me any issues I have decided not to ask Sky to resolve it in case changing it results in problems.
If you want to get it resolved you will need to call Sky about it.

I also have this same issue reported on my app. Like you I can't add discovery plus, and also any changes I make to packages either on my app or by Sky customer services via the phone don't take effect. I first reported this back in July and has been with the Sky back office team to fix ever since so good luck in getting it sorted as it's been 5 months and counting for me.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@mike900 I would contact them again as your issue might have been misplaced by the back office. It should not take very long for Sky to unlink an account.

Thanks @Fothergill1 , the issue is being managed by the community messaging team on here who give me regular updates, originally daily but now weekly as it is taking so long and has also been turned into a formal complaint 2 months ago as there have been changes to my packages that have been stuck as pending since July.
