How do I get to speak to someone at sky without it costing me

How can I contact someone in sky without it costing me... they have blocked my services even though my sky accounts were showing as paid a fortnight after due date

Does your latest bill show that the amount is due is £0.00 and there is also a payment method setup on it so Sky can take the payment from you automatically each month ?
