How do I claim a refund after not renewing my broadband please.
After contacting Sky at the end of my contract they could not offer me the best deal so I moved. However they still took the new amount off my account at the end of the month and I need to get that refunded

If you see a credit on your account then you will have to call Sky so they can issue the refund for you.
