Hi all,
I read the post regarding returning but I'm more confused than before, I tried to speak with customer service but they just say "you have to read the post"
Anyway,
I hope that in your answer I'll receive the help 👍
1-Request a pre-paid returns label.
🔸Where I request this label?
2-Take the package to your local Post Office or book a Royal Mail home collection.
🔸 easy, but what about the address, who do I need to sent to?
How they know that the box comes from me?
There is any form that I need to fill up to make it easy?
Thanks for your help

Always best to make sky aware that you are returning an item

Providing you’ve cancelled successfully the returns packaging is usually sent out near the end of a cancellation period, so 31 days for TV / 14 days for broadband (to the address that the account is registered at).
You can reuse the box any new equipment came in. If you don’t have that you can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may wish to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. The link below also explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

If you haven’t anything suitable give Sky another call. Keep your proof of posting very safe and indefinitely as Unipart, who handle the UK returns, don’t appear to be that well organised.

The link is where the answer to your questions can be found, as you can print your own return label. If you can't do this then you will have to call Sky and ask them to send you it.
