So, I live in Colorado USA but had Sky TV and internet in my condo in Playa del Carmen, Mexico for 4 years beyond my contract period. I have permanantly moved back to Colorado due to health issues that need for many doctors appointments stateside. My property manager in Mexico and I were on the phone with them on April 22nd for 23 minutes and I thought we officially CANCELLED my service. Everything was in Spanish and I'm not bilingual. I called my credit card company and told them to stop the AUTO billing feature with Sky because I thought I was cancelled. Now they are calling my property manager in Mexico multiple times a day! HELP, I need someone from Sky to take mercy on this ailing customer who is no longer in Mexico and does not want Sky service or reoccuring bills.
