Last month when I had issues with the bill I spoke to Fez at customer service who advised me they cannot do anything with the bill until the services have been restricted.
I asked at the time how will I beable to call you back when there retsricted and he advised you still can. However now I try and I cant as it wants the bill paying.
Sky customer for over 9 years and really unhappy I cannot make any contact to sort this out, he originally told me I could let the DD come out and then reclaim it back but I did not want the hastle with the bank, however now I am in a worse situation as no services and no way of getting back in touch with them.

Ok sorted finally got through and services restored.
If you ever need to speak to sky when services are restriced, ring the normal number off a diff phone and hit # a few times when it starts asking for acc info.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou were badly advised, I'm afraid. Sky's policy is to divert calls to a request for payment when your services have been restricted. You could try Sky's Twitter feed or their Facebook Messenger page.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYeah you can't speak to sky when your account services are suspended due to an unpaid bill. It's a automated system apparently and remains that way until the bill is paid.
You could try from a different phone number i.e one not linked to your Sky account and see if you can get through. However it's likely the customer services agent you speak to won't actually be able to do anything whilst the account is restricted.
