I'm moving house and I can't take my Sky broadband as we'll be tied to the developers own company. I want to take my Sky Stream and increase my package. I'm out of contract on both broadband and TV

To cancel Broadband/Talk you need to contact Sky and give the required notice of 14 days. This link may help

Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of the notice period. This will be sent to the current account address. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.
