My broadband package is supposed to be £35 instead of over £50. I moved house, when on the phone with Sky advisor I was made sure that the contract will still remain at the same monthly price. Now it's up from 35 to over 50.
Lady on the phone said to not worry about the email I’ll get with £53 a month for a new package because it will go back to normal £35 after I’ve moved in.
They started charging me 53 anyways. What is happening?
