I am currently a UK Sky customer, using Qbox, Sky Entertainment, Sky Router, Sky Broadband, Sky Talk. I am moving house in about 8 weeks time. The new house has full fibre access. Do I take my Sky Router & Qbox etc to my new house, or will it be a completely new set of hardware at the new house?
Will I need to 'cancel' my existing Sky contract at my current house, then start a new contract at the new house. What is the simplest way to discuss this with a real Sky person?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe simplest thing to o here is to call Sky, probably to book a home move.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Say No when asked if you want a text or to go online then stay on the line.

Yes, you take the current Hub with you, even if it's not an appropriate model. You are still responsible for its safekeeping if Sky wants it back. Any Q television hardware also goes with you, apart from the dish and its cabling.
No, definitely don't cancel. Book a Home Move and discuss connection options.
