Hi I am not sky Custmer any more . I already got return envelope .which box I need to send back

Depends on what you've cancelled. All Sky Q boxes and any mini boxes need returning if you've cancelled Sky Q. Any loaned hub needs returning if you've cancelled Broadband and Talk.

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
