Hi, please can someone confirm why my bill this month is £50? This is usually £28 per month.

Hi can someone tell me why I have been charged £50 this month instead of £28 

 

And also is my bill still £28 as this was the agreed amount for broadband only.

This is primarily a customer helps customer forum. You aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. 

You need to compare a recent bill to a future bill and see where the changes are. It could be

  • the annual price increase
  • a discounted deal is ending
  • non inclusive calls made on your laneline

Look at the bill breakdown and see how the charge is made up.
