@Megan-1996  Your hub is delivered by Royal Mail so the time will depend on the Posties in your area, there isn't an option to specify a time.

 

You can track your order which will show when it's out for delivery https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi I received a message today saying to keep a eye out for my sky hub and for more details contact this page. Was wondering if I can get a specific time or can track the delivery thank you
