If you have made a manual payments or payments then usually you do not need to do this as Sky will take it automatically from you each month via the credit/debit card or direct debit you have setup on yoir account.

 

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

I caught up with my bill and even paid a month ahead.they trying to say no payment went through.they even took money out without me knowing.in may i paid £300 trying to say i havent but my bank statement says i did

Iv had so much stress trying to sort my bill.my payment charges were never the same said i had sky glass i didnt.the 1month i paid £300 and that month cant be found on my sky account.theyv palmed me off so much iv been confused and has made me very ill after an hour and half crying down the phone i had a seizure and wet myself as i suffer with epilepsy
