How can i access a mobile phone bill for april and may 2022 to check a call log please

You'll have to call to ask for a copy. There may be a charge.

If those bills are not available anymore via your previous bills here:

Then you would have to put in a request for them to be sent to of which there will be a small charge:

For older bills you have to submit a subject access request https://www.sky.com/help/forms/customer-information-request

These can take up to 28 days to be actioned.
