Hi I was talking to customer service today and they said they would take £15.00 off my bail today but it's still not off my bail

I think you mean bill not bail 😀 The bills usually take a while to update especially if you only called today.

I did indeed thank you so you think I should hold off till the £15 comes off my bail before I pay it 🙃

If your bill is due to be paid in the next 14 days or less then it is to late for this bill so have  a look over the next few days at your next bill.

The £15 off may be a future credit.

I would not recommend withholding payment.  Your services will be automatically restricted and you won't be able to talk to anyone at Sky.
