Hi, I have last day yesterday with SKY. They charge me £33.0

Hi 

 

I had my last day with sky yesterday, and they charged me £33.00. My credit for next month is £37.00, but how will I get it back?

Refunds can take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection. If it’s showing as a credit on your Sky account we can perhaps get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here. Let us know on this thread if you want to do that.

It's showing as credit for future bills  so 17ThMay2024. I would like this to be refunded asap, please.

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team should contact you later.

You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
