Helplines cutting me off

Hi. I'm trying to switch from SkyQ to Stream. Have attempted to do this over the phone but been cut off at least 8 times this morning (including whilst explaining why I wanted to speak to the supervisor).

In the process found this could be done online. Discovered at this point my account has "ended" and has been for sometime??

Is there a direct line to account help anyone is aware of where I won't just get cut off again?

Not sure why you asked to speak to a supervisor (and it's very rare for you to be able to). There is no direct number. All calls go into the same queue for the next available agent, wherever he or she may be. 

If your Sky Q services are still working then your account hasn't ended but your discounted deal has.

Are you saying your account shows as being closed, if so have you left Sky in

the past for at least 12 months or more before returning because if this is the case you are logged into the wrong account as you would need to setup a new one.

Also the standard Sky customer services team can't quote or sell Sky Stream ( only Q and Glass) so what you will find is they need to transfer you over to the UK based Sky Stream team. I found that when I was transferred I just got silence for about 8 minutes until the call had been transferred, but no on hold music or anything. Then like 8 minutes later the customer services person said "right I'm just transferring you over now". At this point I got to speak to a Sky stream expert instantaneously.
