Help with payment

hello, I signed up and tried to get a phone, he asked me to pay £58 and then he refused and told me that I wasn't eligible, and now he took my money and I also pay £58 monthly, (removed) can you check please. Because you are not ok to pay monthly for nothing

This is a customer helps customer forum. You aren’t addressing a Sky Customer Service agent here.

 

Sounds like you may have failed a credit check. Sky do carry out a second, more thorough check. See this link for Skys guidance ~

It does include that if you keep trying to order the device this could further impact your credit score. If you call Sky they would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record. You would have to sign up to a credit reference agency like Experian or Equifax, which would give you access to your credit record.

Any initial payment you’ve made should hopefully be refunded in about 14 days.
