Help talk to someone

I've received a letter of what I owe from a missed payment and now I'm in debt with sky because the mobile bill that I am late to pay isn't on my account so I have no way of paying it - the letter tells me to log in and pay it but I can only pay for other mobile devices I have which I still pay for every month it's just my other device and accessory that isn't on the account so what do I do!
