We were told August bill would be £80.70 we have been charged 93.74.

@Steven168 What does your bill breakdown show the charges cover? If you changed subs mid month there may be a partial month as you're billed monthly in advance.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
