Hello. I switched from TalkTalk to Sky Broadband over a year ago, but TalkTalk is still charging me. I wonder if anyone else has had this experience and if you've been able to recover the charges. I thought Sky informed the previous provider that you were moving to them.
Any help would be great. Thank you.

It depends.
If a line takeover was performed then it would automatically provide cancellation. If a new line was installed (such as a fibre to the premises) then that notification wouldn't be given.
But given this has taken you a year to realise isn't going to strengthen your case. First port of call is TT (to at least give notice of cancellation)
