Haven’t been billed for phone

Hi I brought a phone end of November activated on Xmas day, still no bill, looked on my account and it just says £0.00 for current and future bills I don't get why.

have you been a sky customer before and been away for more than 12 months?

It also said I'd be billed on 28/12/22 but never was

You will need to call Sky about this from your mobile, 150 is the free number to use.
