Have forgotten my password to confirm my account as I wish to cancel it

Require reset of password as I have forgotten it, I am trying yo cancel my subscription to sky

I presume you mean your telephone password so allow Sky to confirm your identity and that you're the account holder. Explain you can't remember it and they should be able to verify your details by other means.
