Have been charged £52 for non return of equipment but I have nothing to return

My last interaction with Sky was to purchase an additional mini box to go with Q box.  This arrived within a day.  However I then started receiving requests for return of Sky equipment.  I have nothing to return !    I now see that £52 has been added to my account for non return of items.  But there is nothing to go back, Sky sent me something.   I have been trying for weeks to get through to someone to resolve this, but no luck.    Sky, please can you help me with this?  I am being incorrectly charged

You may not be aware but this is a customer to customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here, however…

I’ll escalate your post to Sky when it’s more than the obligatory ten minutes old and the Messaging Team should contact you later.

You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
