You aren’t directly contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers. We obviously can't see your account.

 

When is your payment date? (Payments aren't processed at a weekend)

@Amiexox the most reliable way to check is to look at your bank account if you pay by direct debit or debit card, or your credit card statement if ypu pay by credit card.
