I only recontracted in March this year and this is tthe second increase in under 6 months.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreCould be the annual price increase which is normally in April but for some customers (including myself) for some reason it's July/August time. Perhaps it's to spread out the price increases so not all increases are at the same time.

Thank you for your reply. I've looked through all my information with sky and it looks like I didn't get the increase in April as I was told I would. Wonder if it was because I had just started my contract with them.

You were probably given a few months grace from the increase.
