Had free 1 month sky cinema + Paramount + due to end 24 November yet Paramount + gone

It's a long story I'll try and keep it short. Had 1 year free subscription of Paramount + through Diamond rewards I was charged for this and I informed them it was free so they refunded me. Yet they cut me off . I spoke to someone on sky and they told me I could not get Paramount + back because I had already used the reward . Even though I explained. I was told the only way to get this pack was to take 1 month free trial to sky movies. So I did that but the free month is not up until 24 November yet my Paramount + stopped working today . Can you explain why this happened. I find it very hard contacting a person that I can talk to on Sky by email or by phone as every time I phone I get told to email pkease can you help me

How did you get 1 month of sky cinema? I keep trying to get it but go round in circles?

I am a diamond customer and get offers for being a long time customer, but unfortunately I was offered 1 year free Paramount + but found I had been charged. So I emailed to explain that this was free and I wanted my money refunded took them a couple of weeks but I had my money back. Then I found I could not get Paramount + after that.

now trying to get help from Ai did not help I finally got a phone number to talk to someone, but they explained that because I had already used my code to acquire Paramount + that I could not now get it back. So he offered me 1 month free Sky Cinema and said that Paramount + would be included free of charge . But I cancelled the sky cinema and was told that it would still be available to me up until 24th November but they cut me off on 21st November. 
that is why I was asking here for help it's so hard to get to speak to the right person on the phone
