Had compensation for lack of service ,where does the amount appear ,in my billing section

Have you checked future bills?!This auto compensation is applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account (from 01/04/25 the new rates are £9.98 per day)

Cheers Daniel next month is free but that's not equivalent to the amount owed .is it another phone call to sky

@Jer12_  Have you checked all available future bills 

 

The credit is used to cover all bills until it runs out
