Re: HOW TO GIVE 31 DAYS NOTICE TO CANCEL TNT SPORTS SUBSCRIPTION?
@Philtom Your not talking directly with Sky, this is a customer helps customer forum only with no account access, you can’t cancel/downgrade online I’m afraid
if you wish to cancel/downgrade choose an option on the link below (which includes a message service - not available in ROI) (just click on yes I need more help)
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#M1014
Note that if your within a minimum term (most Sky contracts have a minimum term of 18/24 months) for the service you wish to cancel you may not be able to
Also note you have to give the required relevant notice to cancel which is 31 days for tv and 14 days for broadband
Additional information on Broadband: If you are changing to Virgin or cancelling broadband totally you'll have to contact Sky This link should help
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-broadband#M1014
If you are changing to another ISP who uses the Openreach infrastructure then join up with them and they should contact Sky on your behalf
If in ROI make sure the flag in bottom right hand corner is set to ROI and refresh the page before selecting an option
for reference cancellations are only confirmed once you have written email confirmation, also remember that if you are cancelling sky q or stream (where stream was ordered on or after 23/02/23) completely all equipment will need returning so make sure when sending back you obtain and keep very safe and indefinitely proof of postage, also note that billing continues as normal right upto and including last day of notice period and must be paid, any overpayment for days beyond termination date will be refunded within six weeks of termination date or you can call sky and they will refund within 3-5 working days once the credit is showing on your sky account
apparently best times to call are first thing in the morning 7am or last thing at night 9pm

Re: HOW TO GIVE 31 DAYS NOTICE TO CANCEL TNT SPORTS SUBSCRIPTION?
You can try here
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs
My understanding is it depends on who you pay for the subscription. If you can't do it via that link you will have to contact whoever you pay for it, so if you pay through Sky you'll need to call and give 31 days notice. If you pay TNT direct you need to contact them.

I've posted what I did to this post and another and neither have shown up. Is it because I gave a solution?!

You aren't permitted to include phone numbers on posts except the 150 number.

Re: HOW TO GIVE 31 DAYS NOTICE TO CANCEL TNT SPORTS SUBSCRIPTION?
Here is my reply with no numbers!
Posting again;
I rang a phone number - I couldn't post what number using numbers as digits or words!!!
Spoke to a very pleasant lady who organised cancelling my subscription - without trying to get me to stay with it
I still have access to TNT until 2nd December and at no cost to me - not sure if that was because I rang the day I took it out or because she was particularly nice
Can I spread the number across different messages? Seems ridiculous that I can't give out a Sky help number!

Yes it does. I've just gone into the first link in the post from @SKY1992bf and there's a UK number there.

Re: HOW TO GIVE 31 DAYS NOTICE TO CANCEL TNT SPORTS SUBSCRIPTION?
OK. Found that number now too. Not the number I rang though. I had the perfect outcome and would like to pass on what number I rang.
Still not sure why it's not allowed to pass on company numbers (not personal ones), on a community forum, that are clearly meant to help other members, with a problem they have asked for help on. And the administrators take down the information that provides the solution!

@RL11 The numbers on the help pages other than the 150 number are the only numbers customers should be dialing as any others publish online could be scam or premium rate numbers and are therefore prohibited on the forums
the official numbers are local rate or free to sky talk customers
