HELP! Sky ID with new subscription

Hi

 

I purchased a new subscription last night for Sky TV and Broadband. The email i used at the time of setup I found out after has been hacked and is now deleted by Outlook (hadn't used it in a while).

 

I'm trying to link my Sky ID but not received my welcome email. I have updated my email on the Sky ID account to an alternative but, struggling to have resent to the new email the welcome email or find a link to complete the setup. At the moment it is showing as not having any subscription although I know the order has gone through as Sky have taken the £10 setup charge from my bank account.

 

Help!

You might need to calland ask to speak to Sky's ID team about this. When calling saying nothing when asked a question by the bot as it should then route your call to an advisor.
