Got accepted on line but email saying different

I tried to take out a package deal online and got accepted but don't know if it has been cancelled or not

Cancelling Netflix won't automatically cancel your membership. Billing will automatically revert to Netflix if they still hold a valid payment method. You can review your Netflix membership by visiting help.netflix.com.
 
We'll be in touch soon if there are any applicable refunds. If you've got any other open orders with us, these won't be cancelled unless you've asked us to.
 
For more information on the products & subscriptions that are being cancelled, your T&Cs and to view your bill you can go to My Sky.

I think it is best you call Sky about that order and ask them about it.
