Going into a care home

I look after an elderly neighbour who has already moved in to a care home. She loves cricket so has had her TV guy to set her up in the room in the care home using her existing stuff. It works fine and she is paying as usual for the full package. Her old house is being sold so I would like to change her address with Sky and to enquire if she can get any help with her ridiculously high monthly fee for this. I have just gone nuts trying to sort out this on the rubbish non helpful website, the assistant is useless and when I did mange to get a phone number, some utterly annoying virtual voice can't understand me! HELP!

Are Sky aware that you have authority to speak on behalf of your neighbour?

If you have power of attorney, this explains how to proceed.

@Neighbour1

At the moment your neighbour is breaching Skys T's and C's in that their Sky+ equipment (I presume as you originally posted on that board) can only be used at the address of the subscription (their old house).
