Gift card

I recently took out a new contract but do not remember anything about a gift card as part of the deal. Today I received an email saying that it is ready to redeem through gift cloud. 
Does this sound legit or is it likely to be a scam?

Gift Cloud is a legit company that Sky does partner with for offers like this so the chances are there was an offer running when you joined Sky.
