Getting really tired of this- eircode not recognised

This has been going on for months. My eircode is not recognised by the sky app/ account. Phone call after phone call... and many promises... nothing. What can I do? 
can't activate my puck, see my bills... nothing!

@T198 only Sky can sort this issue for you. I can see that your post has been escalated to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Time wasted again today trying to get this sorted. Rep on the phone was useless. A technical adviser that had no access to my account and expects me to spend another week ringing a number.... to go through the same thing for the 8th time. Complaint made to cpcc. Dreadful service by sky... to make it worse.... I now have to fight to get this sorted or get this service shut down. Think I might contact that consumer program on rte.

I don't believe the Customer Services in the ROI are open at the weekends hence the problem you encountered. Try again on Monday.

This is my first encounter at weekends. This has happened the other 7 times since December in weekdays. Just the technical side was way worse.
