Getting charged extra for Netflix when it is part of my package

I signed up for the sky stream package at £15 per month including Netflix.

However, on my first bill I have been charged £15 for the contract I signed up to, plus £6.49 for Netflix.
What is going on there?

Does the bill cover a period longer than 1 month?

Re: Getting charged extra for Netflix when it is part of my package

It's for a 30 day period.
I've managed to find what sky have done. I specifically chose Netflix with ads when I signed up, which is free. However, they signed me up to Netflix Standard without my consent, which is £6.49 a month.
I've changed it now but I will keep an eye on it as I don't trust it not to change back.
Contacting Sky for a refund seems practically impossible!

I'd be surprised if they had just put you in a higher tier but I haven't seen the sign up process etc.

But when you call, do not say anything to the bot as this is most likely to connect you to a human.
