Re: Get a better price for my broadband package
You can call Sky to re-contract. There may be an offer they can apply.

@Nell21 You are not talking to Sky, we are customers like yourself. If you are looking to re-new your contract then give Sky a call to see what your options are.

Inflation alone would suggest that may not be possible.

Re: Get a better price for my broadband package
@Nell21
If your discounts have ended you can try to negotiate a new deal which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are much harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.
