GDPR BREACH, who to report it to at sky

Hi, Sky  have given access to a third party to my account and all the details and allowed the person to change my password, email and telephone details but I cannot find any email address to report the breach to: does anyone know the email address of SKY securtiy department of datat protection officer?

How do you know it was Sky that gave access to your account to this orher person as they would get ina world of trouble if they were to do that.

Have you ever responded to any emails that said they were from Sky and that you needed to click a link to keep your account active or perhaps had any calls offering something like a 40% reduction on your bill ?

It gives details of who you can complain to if you believe a breach has taken place.
