Future bills not matching agreed new deal

Future bills not matching agreed new deal!  I agreed a new price of £46.50 the other day, the day after it showed £46.50 in future bills, but then today it's showing £50.50 in future bills and some of the products have changed price! Anyone else experience this? should I call them now or wait? I did only agree new contract three days ago.

Some are seeing price rises in July.

Remember your deal isn't a fixed price.

Rather annoying if it is an increase straight after agreeing discounts.

If you had a rise in April then I'd be challenging...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Re: Future bills not matching agreed new deal

Just an update. I did a live chat with sky to ask them why my future bills were showing as more expensive than what was agreed a few days earlier. They confirmed that it takes up to a week for bills to show as accurate.
In my case, the person who agreed my deal did so, but then it had to go to their supervisor to get final approval on the discounts applied. Which meant future bills didn't show the final lowest price or the agreed and admin charge discounts.
To be fair, it is a bit of a strange way of doing it, and probably will cause a lot of confusion with a lot of customers because they don't exactly make that clear at the point of agreeing new deals. But if it helps anybody else, I thought I would just let people know what the situation was and the answer to my query.
