Future bill showing charges for cancelled broadband

I recently cancelled my Sky TV and broadband with effect from end May 2024- which Sky have confirmed. But my future bills for June and July 2024 (covering the period after cancellation) are still showing the usual monthly charge for broadband (the charge for TV has been removed). Is this normal? Will the bills be updated later to remove the broadband charge? Grateful to know if anyone else has experienced this .

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Future billing continues as usual while you are a customer and then when the services have been cancelled and overpayment that you have made should appear on one of them as a credit that can be refunded to you.
