Future Bills show incorrect amount

Hi,

I had sky broadband activated on 5th April.

My contract shows £28 per month for 18 months then reverting to £46 per month (from Oct 2025).

My first bill and future bills in the app are based on £46 per month and don't show any discount.  How do I get this corrected?

@Renrut1
If you’re a new customer your first couple of bills are usually higher, basically due to the dates they cover (more than the usual number of days). In effect you’ll be charged from the date of the activation up until the end of that billed month, and for the next month in advance. Check your future bills to see if they reflect the amount you were expecting. Also see these links

Re: Future Bills show incorrect amount

Thanks for the reply @Daniel0210

The first bill is for £88.93 (£42 for 5th Apr to 2nd May and £46 for 3rd May to 2nd June), so I'm sure the undiscovered figure is being used.

Thanks again for the reply!

Re: Future Bills show incorrect amount

That should have read "undiscounted figure".....not undiscovered 🫣
