I paid outstanding bills, setup a direct debit, still services restricted.
I tried chatline, constantly robot answer is annoying not exactly solving problem.
I have also changed my phone number, when I tried to change it on the account online, it is sending a code to my old number which I do not have anymore. I also need to know if the account is still active.
I am soo incline to cancel my account with Sky but without knowing if I am bound by contract it is difficult to make decision.
The fact you cannot talk to someone to make arrangement is frustrating.

@Jackytas How long were your bills overdue, when did you pay? You will need to wait for the card payment to clear in Sky's bank account.

If you were two weeks or more late in
psying this bill then you will also need to pay your next one before your services are restored. You will also need to set up your payment method again via your Sky account.
